Everything's cheaper in the Philippines, right? Wrong! At least not in Manila. The Forum is more expensive there than here; equal to more than 3 month's wages for the average worker.
Despite that, if you've done it and worked with the tools it provides, you know that the Forum is worth almost any price if the game you're playing in life is worth anything to you.
The results? Well, we'll see. But she has already signed up for the Assisting Program, Forum in Action, and paid the deposit for the Advanced Course, if that gives you an idea of how she feels about it.
I can't tell you how pleased I am.

Re: My wife graduates tonight... in Manila!
Tue, March 17, 2009 - 9:42 AMGreat!
Be careful not to call her on her "Rackets", thats only a tool for self exploration, and it becomes a big fight when we try to play jr forum leader with our loved ones.
If we can accept each other, and all our garbage like Werner said, then the forum as taught us unconditional love, and the rest is just self help.
The results are you both have the ability to get not stuck in habits and past experiences/beliefs. The only reason I bring it up is because its the one pitfall to having other people in your life take the forum, thats what we learned, that these automatic ways of being affect our life, so we are not imune to them, but we have tools not let them be. -

Re: My wife graduates tonight... in Manila!
Mon, April 6, 2009 - 5:42 PMGreat advice, Moki. It's just about 9 yrs too late.
That's exactly what I did coming out of the Forum (in 2000, minus the wife); played jr. Forum leader. I was fortunate enough to be in a seminar with a lot of folks that had been in the work for years, and a couple were kind enough to straighten me out.
As a professional coach, I think that was one of the hardest things for me to accept; no coaching unless requested or permission granted. -

Re: My wife graduates tonight... in Manila!
Tue, April 7, 2009 - 10:53 AMYes, that was something I did too.
And now that its our past, it doesnt exist anymore, so we can choose to try something new like asking questions that allow people to coach themselves.
The temptation creeps up as the person we are asking questions lies to themselves and us to not admit that which they already know. -
